SGS CPU is easy to get to 

The SGS CPU research centre is on the Antwerp University Hospital (UZA) campus in Edegem. It is easy to reach by car, public transport or bicycle.

Car

The car park entrance is by the roundabout at Drie Eikenstraat 655.

Approach roads

From Ghent (E17 and E34)
Take the Antwerp ring road and come off at the 3rd exit after the Kennedy tunnel (E19 to Mechelen-Brussels). Then take the services exit 1600 metres after leaving the Craeybeckx tunnel on the E19 (exit 6A) to the UZA / SGS CPU. Follow the arrows to the UZA visitors car park. 

From Liège or Eindhoven (E313 and E34)
Drive towards Ghent (E17) and take the Antwerp ring road to join the E19 to Mechelen-Brussels. Then take the services exit 1600 metres after leaving the Craeybeckx tunnel on the E19 (exit 6A) to the UZA / SGS CPU. Follow the arrows to the UZA visitors car park.   

From Antwerp centre (E19)
Take the E19 in Berchem to Mechelen-Brussels. Then take the services exit 1600 metres after leaving the Craeybeckx tunnel on the E19 (exit 6A) to the UZA / SGS CPU. Follow the arrows to the UZA visitors car park.   

From Breda (E19)
Take the Antwerp ring road to join the E19 to Mechelen-Brussels. Then take the services exit 1600 metres after leaving the Craeybeckx tunnel on the E19 (exit 6A) to the UZA / SGS CPU. Follow the arrows to the UZA visitors car park.    

From Antwerp centre (A12)
In Wilrijk, take the outer lane and follow it to the Moerelei. Turn left into the Krijgslaan. At the Universiteitsplein crossing, turn right into the Doornstraat. Turn left into the Drie Eikenstraat. Follow the arrows to the UZA visitors car park.

From Brussels (E19)
After the Kontich exit, take the E19 services exit (exit 6A) to the UZA. Follow the arrows to the UZA visitors car park. 

From Brussels (A12) 
In Aartselaar, take the exit on the right to the Kontichsesteenweg. Then take the Doornstraat and turn left into the Drie Eikenstraat. Follow the arrows to the UZA visitors car park.

Parking 
Pioneers get free parking in the UZA visitors car park. This car park is clearly signposted and is accessed from the roundabout at Drie Eikenstraat 655, 2650 Edegem. Take a ticket from the machine on entering and the reception staff in the research centre will validate it for you.  

Train

After arrival at Berchem Station or Antwerp Central Station, take the following bus services towards the UZA. There are also bike share programmes available e.g. Blue Bike (www.blue-bike.be) or Donkey (www.donkey.bike). 

Arrival at Berchem Station: Take bus 21 to Aartselaar Aquafin and get off at Wilrijk Bist. Change to a bus to the UZA (see further along). 

Arrival at Antwerp Central Station: Take the direct bus to the UZA (bus 17) and get off at the UZA.

Rooseveltplaats - Berchem Station - Edegem: from the Noulaertsplein stop, it's about a 20-min walk (2 km) to the SGS CPU research centre.

Bicycle

There is secure bike parking very near the SGS CPU research centre. If you do not have your own bike, consider bike share programmes such as Blue Bike (www.blue-bike.be) or Donkey (www.donkey.bike).
