Study for the treatment of hepatitis E infections (part A)

Are you

• a healthy male or female
• between 18 and 65 years (inclusive)
• with a BMI between 18.0 and 29.0 kg/m² (inclusief)
  • with a minimum weight of 50.0 kg
• who does not smoke or quit smoking at least 6 months prior to the first administration of the study medication
  • nicotine containing products (e.g. nicotine patches, e-cigarette, ...) must be stopped at least 6 months prior to the first administration of the study medication 
• and does not use daily medication

What does this trial involve?

In study 2500577 part A (cohort 1, 3 and 4), SGS CPU is investigating the treatment of hepatitis E infections. During +/- 5 weeks you will have the following appointments:

• a screening visit
• a stay of 9 days (8 nights)
