Are you
- a healthy male or (infertile*) female
- between 18 and 55 years (inclusive)
- with a BMI between 18 and 32kg/m²
- who does not smoke or quit smoking at least 3 months prior to screening (including nicotine containing products such as electronic cigarettes or nicotine patches)
- and does not use any daily medication
* Postmenopausal (no menses for at least 12 months), removal of the uterus, removal of both fallopian tubes or removal of both ovaries
What does this trial involve?
SGS trial 2400687 investigates the treatment of plaque buildup in arteries.
During +/- 8 weeks you will have the following appointments:
- a screening visit
- a stay of 16 days (15 overnight stays)
- 3 morning return visits
- an end of trial visit
