- between 18 and 55 years (inclusive)
- with a BMI between 18 and 30 kg/m² (inclusive)
- weight between 50 and 100 kg

who does not smoke or quit smoking at least 6 months prior to screening (including nicotine containing products like e.g. nicotine patches)

who does not use daily medication
What does this trial involve?
SGS trial 2500226 cohort 1-6 investigates the treatment of autoimmune diseases. During +/- 22 weeks you will have the following appointments:
- a screening visit
- a stay of 9 days (8 nights) at our unit
- 10 morning return visits
- an end of trial visit
