Are you
- a healthy man or woman
- between 18 and 55 years (inclusive)
- with a BMI between 18.5 and 30.0 kg/m² (inclusive)
- who does not smoke or quit smoking at least 6 months before administration of the study medication
- Nicotine-containing products (e.g. nicotine patches) should not be used at least 6 months before administration of the study medication
- who does not smoke or quit smoking at least 6 months before administration of the study medication
- who does not use daily medication
What does this trial involve?
SGS trial BE-80-2400067 (part 1) investigates the treatment of gonorrhea.
The study lasts +/- 5 weeks with the following contact moments:
- screening 1: screening visit
- screening 2: echocardiography
- a 6-day stay (5 nights) in our unit
- 2 return visits
- an end of trial visit and separate echocardiography appointment
