Are you
- a healthy man or woman of non-childbearing potential
- between 18 and 55 years (inclusive)
- with a BMI between 18.5 and 30.0 kg/m² (inclusive)
- weight between 55.0 and 100.0 kg (inclusive)
- who does not smoke or quit smoking at least 6 months prior to the first administration of the study medication
- including nicotine-containing products (including e-cigarettes)
- who does not use daily medication
What does this trial involve?
SGS trial 2600030 investigates study medication for cholestatic disease. During +/- 26 weeks you will have the following appointments:
- a screening visit
- multiple stays consisting of:
- a stay of 6 days (5 nights)
- 3 times a stay of 3 days (2 nights)
- 3 times a stay of 4 days (3 nights)
- 5 morning return visits
- an end of trial visit
